Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
